2) Get a hold of time machine somehow and have Phil Steele travel back around 20 years or so and change things so that PC's, IPhones and all forms of means for transmitting never were and/or never are invented so that your plays cannot be posted
3) Assuming that you can find a time machine, after you have eliminated all transmission devices, use it to go forward for every game in College and to be played for at least the next ten years an get the final score, which will allow you to hit 100% of your picks-if that doesn't increase our clientele, then nothing will.
Along the same lines if some other service buys your picks and then tries to sell them as his own, then do whatever it takes to silence him/them if they don't respond politely
to your requests to stop selling them(they won't be able to post them because all IPhones and transmission devices will have been eliminated by time machine as stated above).
4) If Mr. Steele cannot find a time machine, then contact Jordan Peele and/or exhume Rod Serling, who can perhaps allow you to sell your Late Phones, etc. in the Twilight Zone, which will give you 100% accuracy and ZERO competition-in essence you will have the entire market to yourself.
5) Keep doing what you are doing, but stop insulting people with bullshit such as claiming $400 savings when they buy a PowerSweep Subsciption when the so-called "savings" consist of(this is actually the current truth) getting the first week of Preseason of NFL football for free with an alleged value of $175, when in fact it has a market value of $50 and the September College Five Star for free with an alleged value of $100 when In fact services which are much better than NC sell their GOM for from $20-$25 and in most cases no higher than $50.
This won't make a dramatic change in your revenue stream because I would say well over 95% of the people out there who want your plays know damn well that they are posted all over internet gambling sites including this one for free.
6) This won't change things dramatically either, but for Gods sake, put some creativity into your advertising, Phil, rather than using the same hackneyed and boring advertising you have been year after year since you started 35 or so years ago, namely tying all your promotions/bonuses to PowerSweep and/or PowerPlays subscriptions and how many years one subscribes to them for.
As anyone who has called the Comp. Line for a long period of time realizes, they sound like infomercials and boring ones at that, the kind one sees with the snake oils salespeople you see late at night with promises and bogus discounts up the ying yang.
I sure hope that Mr. Steele's and anyone else involved in the marketing dept. have a more creative love life than the "standard screw" if the manner in which they promote NC is indicative of their love life.
7) Mr. Steele is noted for being very arrogant in his yearly College and Pro Annuals and being very boastful of his carefully spun records over selective frames with his half truths/omissions and in general telling only telling the part of the story which glorifies himself and NorthCoast.
His flunky on the Comp. Line, who goes by the name of Todd, has been a little more honest the last few years, but the fact remains the Phil Steele/NC from what I have read overall is not highly regarded by the majority of folks.
8) Finally, and I am not sure if Phil Steele really needs this or not, as imo he believes that all of his picks should win because of "infallible" handicapping methods; ie when a pick loses, it is the players fault and never his because the players in his mind are robots and are supposed to do what his handicapping says they are supposed to do.
Anyways with that in mind and/or I am wrong with my assessment, with the all the cannabis and mind altering drugs out there, perhaps someone who knows Phil well, can "prescribe" one which will always make him believe that all his picks are always winning and that overall his picks and publications leave all others trailing in the dust.
